NOG Logistics – Privacy Policy

NOG Logistics ("we," "us," "our") collects only the information we need to review driver applications and contact applicants about delivery routes. We do not sell your personal information.

This policy covers information you give us through our website (nouronlinegrowth.com), our Google application forms, our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and our WhatsApp groups or messages. By submitting an application, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

When you apply to drive with us, we may collect:

• Contact details: full name, phone number, email address, city, and ZIP code
• Preferences: preferred language and the best way to contact you
• Route and availability: the areas you can deliver in, the days you can work, and when you can start
• Eligibility and vehicle: whether you are 18 or older, have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, your vehicle type and year, and whether you can lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Experience: previous delivery work and companies you have driven for
• Anything else you choose to tell us, such as questions or comments

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or bank details in our application forms. If you are selected, we will collect what is legally required for onboarding and payment through a separate, secure process.

When you use a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta may prefill some fields from your profile. You can review and edit them before you submit.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Review your application and check that you meet our driver requirements
• Match you with an available route near you, or place you on our waiting list
• Contact you about your application, interviews, route openings, and onboarding
• Keep records of who applied and when, so routes are offered in a fair order
• Improve our recruiting, for example by seeing which ads bring in applicants

How we contact you

We may contact you by phone call, text message, WhatsApp, or email, using the details you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, leaving our WhatsApp group, or contacting us (see below). If you stop all contact, we may not be able to offer you a route.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that run the tools we use, such as Google (Forms, Sheets), Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), and our website host. They process your information under their own privacy policies.
• With delivery partners we work with, only when needed to assign you a route and set up your work, and only after you are selected.
• When required by law, for example to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the safety of our drivers, customers, or the public.

If you join a WhatsApp group we run, other group members may be able to see your name and phone number, depending on the group settings.

How long we keep it

We keep application information for up to 12 months after you apply, so we can contact you when routes open. If you become a driver, we keep your records for as long as you work with us and as required by law. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

How we protect it

We store applications in password-protected accounts and limit access to the people who review applications. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to:

• See the information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your application
• Stop calls, texts, WhatsApp messages, or emails

Age requirement

Our driver positions are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
